Creative Content & Customer Success Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Content & Customer Success Associate. This individual will play a crucial role in producing visually appealing content, conducting photoshoots and video shoots, managing social media platforms, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong photography skills, experience using a professional camera, natural flair for engaging with customers and a passion for natural hair are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:

Photoshoots and Video Shoots:
- Plan and execute product and model photoshoots to showcase our haircare products.
- Conduct product video shoots and create engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality images and videos using a professional camera or equivalent equipment.
- Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.

Prop Management and Moodboarding:
- Purchase and organize props required for photoshoots, ensuring availability and variety.
- Build moodboards to conceptualize and communicate the desired aesthetic for each shoot.

Logistics and Product Management:
- Receive and manage product shipments at the post office for photoshoots.
- Ensure product inventory is properly accounted for and stored securely.

Model Coordination and Influencer Engagement:
- Communicate with models to arrange schedules, provide directions, and ensure a smooth photoshoot experience.
- Negotiate and collaborate with influencers for social media campaigns featuring our haircare products.

Social Media Content Management:
- Edit and optimize social media content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging and informative monthly natural hair content utilizing our products.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and comments on social media and email.

Research and Problem-Solving:
- Conduct independent research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges, implement innovative ideas, and improve content strategies.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email, social media, or phone.
Requirements:
- Strong photography skills and experience with photoshoots and video shoots.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- Possession of a professional camera or equivalent equipment, or extensive experience using one.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Passion for natural hair and experience creating natural hair content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Resourceful and able to conduct research to find solutions.
- Professional demeanor and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Note: This is currently a fully remote position, allowing the flexibility to work from any location. However, candidates must be based in Nairobi, Kenya to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position. Occasional travel may be required for photoshoots or company events.
