Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. The Organic Beauty Essence team works hard to provide only quality products and to meet the growing needs of our clients. As a result, we want you to be happy with all our packages. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for each of our products regardless the cost of the package. If you change your mind about our products, you should notify us within 7 days from the date of the purchase and we will process your refund for unused products in their original packaging. If 7days has passed since your purchase or if the products have been used, we are sorry but we cannot accept a return. All products must be returned in their original packaging and only after return approval has been issued by the Customer Service team. Only those products returned will be eligible toward credit to your account. Once the returned products are inspected, and accepted, you will be issued a credit to your account. Please allow up to 14 business days for credit to take effect. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Only the invoiced purchase price of products ordered will be considered for credit.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products will be replaced after contacting hello@organic Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Organic Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
