You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.

You can also cancel/pause your subscription, in your account created on the shop.

Note that your subscription cacellation must be at least 7 days before your next billing date.

While we do not offer box customization services presently, every treatment mask you receive is tailored for a specific curl concern from thininng hair strands, to dryness and various scalp conditions.

And the subsequent masks are carefully formulated to build on foundations laid by the previous mask.
