• All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Free US shipping will be delivered within 5 business days. For international shipping, the selected shipping method applies after order has moved from our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier.
• Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order.
• If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

Our shipping is tied directly to the carrier’s website. An invalid address error will appear if the carrier is able to ship to that location or is unable to find that location in their database. The carrier will require a valid United States address.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should send a return request email to hello@organicbeautyusa.com. Please include your order number and name in the subject line. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

All items damaged during shipping or any other reasons due to our error will be eligible for replacement. We do not offer refunds for damaged items.

In instances where the product has been used and did not meet your expectations, please email our customer service team at hello@organicbeautyusa.com. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues.

YES, the following items cannot be returned or receive refunds;

• SALE ITEMS (If applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded including subscriptions to the Hapy Hair Box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• We do not offer refunds for delivered items that have been stolen (door step delivery). 

• We do not offer refunds for deliveries that have been sent to the wrong address due to errors from the buyer.
